Project Manager/Coordinator
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an extremely fast-paced environment, preferable within an entertainment agency
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly adaptable and accustomed to shifting deadlines
- Extremely organized and able to keep track of details
- Very resourceful with great problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities and works well with others
- Help guide the adaptation of established campaigns across different platforms as the client rep
- Track and oversee all changes to provide quality control
- Be proactive and work to identify any possible issues well ahead of project deadlines
- Award season experience is a HUGE plus
- Experience with Trello, Bluescape or other collaboration tools also a plus
Art Director
- Expert in typography and design
- Exceptional Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
- Key art and award season experience a must
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to mentor and work well with others
- Guide the adaptation of established campaigns across different platforms
- Track and oversee art changes to provide quality control
- Accustomed to a fast-paced environment and works with a sense of urgency
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with Trello, Bluescape or other collaboration tools a plus
Graphic Designer
- Strong background in typography and design
- Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)

- Key art and award season experience a plus
