Designer
BLT is looking for a designer to join our creative team. We are looking for a well-rounded, talented individual who has a deep understanding of design, typography, motion, and creative strategy with experience in the entertainment/advertising industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years agency experience
- Strong concept development and graphic design ability
- Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, web usability
- Experience with creating original key art as well as other marketing collateral like awards ads, books, decks, etc.
- An in-depth knowledge of appropriate usage of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- After Effects a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Concepting and designing cutting-edge creative for a wide range of entertainment properties in varying styles and media.
- Interpreting client objectives and translating them into high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Communicating the thoughts and intentions behind design executions to the Creative Director, other designers, and account executives.
- Being adaptable to quick turnarounds, shifts in direction, and changes required by internal or external sources.
- Work collaboratively with our team of designers, digital strategists, social media, and development teams.
