Possessor (2020)
Years ago, instead of having a Best Horror Poster award, we had the Creepiest Movie Poster award. A good horror film does not need to be creepy, but it certainly helps. And this design would've been a front-runner in that category as well. There is just something unnerving about that distorted face and the interference that seems to suggest that our reality is no longer under control. A truly frightening and disturbing design.
